notas preliminares sobre as nuances de um verbo acadiano

Este artigo apresenta os resultados preliminares de um mapeamento de ocorrências de uma raiz da língua acadiana, šrh, conhecida também por sua forma verbal padrão, šarāhu. A raiz tem sua principal acepção dentro do campo semântico do esplendor e da magnificência. Nas Inscrições Reais Assírias, essa raiz traz implicações com a luminosidade e a experiência visual, veiculando, assim defendemos, um significado material. Assim, há a associação entre o campo semântico do esplendor, portando conotações relativas à luz, ao brilho e à irradiação, e uma dimensão material.
