Convivas de Aristófanes: o coro devoto de Héracles e a educação do sensato e do pervertido

Convivas – em grego, Daitalēs – é a primeira comédia de Aristófanes, produzida por Calístrato, em 427. Seu tema é o embate entre a nova educação e a educação tradicional, e por isso é conhecida por ser uma espécie de precursora de Nuvens. Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir questões relacionadas ao coro de convivas e sua relação com o culto de Héracles. Debruça-se, ainda, sobre duas personagens dessa comédia, os irmãos Sensato e Pervertido, e a sua possível relação com a parábola de Pródico acerca da juventude daquele herói.
